Description
The 2021 vintage has a soft yellow color, is creamy in texture with a hint of white peach and touch of minerality in the finish. Aged eleven months in french oak barrels, it went through malolactic fermentation and was released on 8/1/22. Alcohol content is 13.1%, PH 3.44, TA 5.9g/L. This delicious wine received a bronze medal in the Virginia Governor’s Cup competition.
